... but it is time to award the category of "best Halloween costume" -- and it goes to *this* little adorable thing.
Of course, it may be hard for you to duplicate it unless you are of a certain age and a certain hue of skin, but hopefully it will get your creative juices going in case you STILL haven't chosen a costume for this season.
