Once upon a time, at the beginning of this month, I went on vacation. I had a great time -- visited with lots of people -- saw a lot of things -- ate a lot of things -- did a lot of things -- etc., etc.
One thing I didn't do consistently though was post everything that I normally post each day. Finally, and just tonight, I have caught up on my regular daily posts ... which can only mean that I get to kick off November back on track.
And kicking off November back on track means that I can pick up Alan's story where it left off -- with him finally rescued from the room in the basement of the bar where he had been locked up, resting in the hotel room of those who freed him and catching a disturbing newscast about the events of the night before.
Seeing as how starting tomorrow Alan will be on the next leg of his journey to escape that from which he escaped ... the Lorem Ipsum story will resume and will be *no longer* be missed.
