I had the best of intentions. I did, really. But as I planned my itinerary, I forgot to account for time driving around central PA (there aren't many bypasses there), and for the fact that not every place would be open at exactly the time I'd be there, and for how hurricanes might interfere with my plans.
So here is the official list of record for things I thought I'd do in 2016 that I'll have to do the *next* time ...
1.) "Forest bathing" at Ohiopyle and at the Dunbar blue hole.
2.) Seeing my half-sister Carol Ann in her nursing home.
3.) Stopping by my *other* alma mater Widener School of Law aka Commonwealth School of Law, as it is now known.
4.) Touring some hometown haunts of my youth (in Bethel, Fredericksburg, Jonestown and Lickdale).
5.) Getting back to the Cornwall rockpile.
6.) Having an official murder mystery reunion.
7.) Enjoying Hersheypark ... and Knoebels ... and the Coney Island in Shamokin.
8.) Being tattooed by Ben W ... or even just *seeing* Ben W.
9.) Visiting Myrtle Beach for the first time, including the Hard Rock there.
10.) Spending time with Holly F.
That which I now have to plan to do in Sep of 2018 (or sooner if the stars align differently), when it comes to this particular vacation that just ended, you were missed.
