Going over the edge of *this* building in downtown Ft. Lauderdale next Saturday.
So, to be clear, *I'm* not the one going over the edge (I'm pretty sure I might have a thing about heights) ... but a few fundraisers for Gilda's Club are (including someone with whom I work in my new division).
Looks like it's the third year but the biggest building yet (although to be clear about something else, this building isn't 110 stories [like the Sears-I-mean-Willis towers back in Chicago, but "only" 30 [not that that's not going to be a worthy rappelling challenge all the same]).
Good luck to those participating ... my thoughts (and prayers?) are with you!
