This photo was in front of the little A-frame cabins in the woods where we were roughing it ... sleeping bags on bunk beds with skinny mattresses ... walking across camp to the facilities ... all the fun stuff of that kind of life, well at least for a weekend.
Our reason for being there? An audience participation murder mystery written just for the occasion called Guilty as Charged. And I was hip to the whole let's get creative with the Bible for entertainment long before Mr. and Mrs. Touched-by-an-Angel. Except my 12 apostles were board members, and it was more of a coup that killed of the Jesus-based character (at least temporarily, as part of the final scene, he re-appeared to complete the allegory and the lesson ...)
Good news ... it worked such that we were invited back for the next two years (which means these cabins will appear is flashbacks next year and the year after that ... Zuckerberg willing ...)
