Never heard of the game? I actually learned it at Hebron church (which should be a sign that it is relatively chaste) ... although I don't think you were allowed to touch the person in the original version of the game. The premise, the person who is "it" has to pick someone in the room, ask them the titular question, and that picked person has to reply "I love you honey, but I just can't smile" ... without smiling. If the chosen one smiled, he or she became "it" ... if the chosen one didn't smile, the "it" person had to keep on trying until he or she could get someone to crack.
Just some good wholesome fun ... taken up a notch by all involved, since most were actors and actresses at heart. Seemed like the perfect photo (set) for Valentine's Day! Happy happy to you and yours!!
