.) First and foremost ... our thoughts are with you and yours, Michael Mauti (but if you're so tough that you can do tug of war one-handed, then your recovery should be a speedy one indeed -- fingers crossed).
.) That was quite the record breaking game -- congrats McGloin and Robinson on all the records you broke (or almost broke) today!
.) Ficken -- you know your past is behind you when the announcermen barely mention the way your season started.
.) I'll break form and give a shout out to a player from the opposing team -- but good game Replogle (about whom the announcermen seemed to make an awful lot of awful references to his weight. I used to work with someone back in Harrisburg at RiteAid with that last name, so that made me think that I might have known you!
.) Clearly this gets filed under first-world problems, but I was out and about in Chicago this afternoon so I had to watch this game on the DVR -- which means it wasn't in HD -- which accounted for why the picture looked so poor today.
.) Was Indiana trying to out-nascar our nascar strategy?
.) Not that it ultimately mattered, as Indiana's win-loss record against Penn State stands at ... the number that stands for "never have won a game".
.) That being said, I have heard that the Hoosiers are pretty good at basketball!
.) Ok boys -- one more game until the sanction-imposed long break. Let's go out with a bang next week versus Wisconsin!
In closing, thanks to all who stuffed the big blue bus today (a food bank fundraising drive held on campus) ... and the countdown to our next post-season game in 2016 stands at 49 more games!
