I don't mean to go off on a rave here, but ...
... now that it's been quite some time since I've been working from home and not in the office, I've found that I really miss what used to the be the first task of the day upon arrival -- determining where it would be that I would spend my lunch money. [Of course, this was pre-great-recession, as that's when I started packing a lunch like other poor folks ...]
I stopped by the old office on Friday for a project, and I was reminded about one of my favorite spots -- Philly's Best. Besides being the place to get Tastikakes that make me feel like I am back on the east coast, and cheese steaks made the Philly way and not like a Chicago beef sandwich, it's where I've always enjoyed the cheese steak salad (no black olives, add bacon). So I had to have one this past weekend.
The best part is that you can be eating it for half an hour, and glance down at your plate and it will look like you've barely touched it -- that's how much salad and toppings and cheese and steak and bacon (bacon upon request) that they put in it. It's the perfect takeout menu for any meal of the day!
