Traumatic Insemination.
Used in a safe-for-work non-salacious prurient-free zone: "Bedbugs procreate through traumatic insemination."
So this isn't some sweeps month stunt, and I'll keep it as clinical as possible so as not to offend. While reading up on bedbugs recently (did I mention I was just in NYC), I was surprised to learn of a situation not referenced in the Kama Sutra. Apparently, in this scenario, 'the male pierces the female's abdomen with his penis and injects his sperm through the wound into her abdominal cavity". I'll say nothing more, except "insects are creepy, dude".
