For it is in Jumanji when Robin Williams returns from being locked inside the game and states aloud, "I wonder if Mrs. Neidermyer is still teaching 6th grade English." Yet another Neidermyer reference for pop culture -- right up there with the hockey players, the French filmmaker Frederic and my uncle's once-upon-a-time chicken restaurant (chicken is my people's heritage).
