Random Wordplay for Wednesday 11/16/16

Breaking the usual format for a post of mine on a Wednesday, tonight there is a call back to what was once upon a time my*original* intent for this type of weekly post ...

... an actual puzzle for you to solve.

In case you can't read the image, here is the item ...

"This is an unusual paragraph.  I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it.  It looks so plain you would think nothing was wrong with it.  In fact, nothing is wrong with it!  It is unusual though.  Study it, and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd.  But if you work at it a bit, you might find out."

No pressure ... but I found it in a list of brain teasers to keep old people sharp in a special senior citizen pullout section of the newspaper back during my trip to western PA (where lots of old people still read the newspaper -- me included).

If you're reading this on the Facebook, maybe don't spoil it for others and just click like when you've figured it out.  I'll comment there 24 hours after posting so you can check yourself.

Good luck staying sharp in *your* old age!
