L V C || C L Memory 24
In ONLY 24 days, I'll be back on campus at my alma-mater at an extra special homecoming as Lebanon Valley College continues celebrating its 150th birthday. In honor of that countdown, here's memory #24: the 1994 spring musical at LVC: 'Godspell'.
"Pre-ee-ee-pare-ye-the-way-of-the" Leedy Theatre, as it were. Renovations were complete, and this was the first show in the newly christened space (named after those who earmarked the funds for the changes ... which was actually from the family of someone who was a senior when I was a freshperson and her husband [aka Kathleen R and Greg L]).
It was also my last big show in my LVC theatre career ... and if I was worried before about being typecast in the previous three roles (lawyers all three), then my concern about my character in *this* show was even greater, for I was Judas.
Judas with a beard (or my version of a beard .. as you can see if you zoom in to the picture on the right).
