L V C || C L Memory 91

In 91 days, I'll be back on campus at my alma-mater at an extra special homecoming as Lebanon Valley College continues celebrating its 150th birthday.  In honor of that countdown, here's memory #91:  learning roommate lessons.

For those keeping score at home, my roommate first semester (James, the Native American) transferred out over the holidays that first year, my roommate second semester (?Jim, the "skier" [I'll leave it at that]) transferred in but then didn't stay, then I went overseas for a semester and when I returned for my third/fourth semester (depending on how you count it), I roomed with Bill G for a few months before he graduated.

That's this Bill who very politely let me know that there was a consequence when teenage boys wore the same pair of sneakers (my Adidas sambas) ALL the time -- including some of those times without socks -- and then threw them in a closed space without ventilation or air fresheners.

Namely -- there's a certain smell that starts to take over the closet ... then the room ... and the hall ... and the building.  Oops!  At least he was nice about informing me!
