Yes, we have no tomatoes.
Used in a sentence: "Yes, we have no tomatoes ... we have no tomatoes today."
According to the calendar, this was the harvest week for the variety of tomato plants that were put into the ground of the new garden box last fall.
But according to the way things looked today in said garden box, there do not seem to be any items to harvest. (Except, if you zoom in really really close, there is one tiny green tomato on that vine by itself in the foreground of the photo.)
I'll have to submit this project to an official debrief, but it may be true that you can't just plant a tomato or two and expect it to grow without any additional attention.
Who knew? (I mean ... besides every other tomato grower in the country ...)
