I saw a few posts on social media this past fortnight hearkening back to the "blizzard of '96" that hit central PA twenty years ago.
So it seems only appropriate that I post *this* photo of how the guys at our fraternity townhouse handled that weather event ... by turning our Greentree Village apartment in Lebanon PA into a fort.
Because, you know, boys will be boys.
Looking back, though, I believe this must have been taken a few days after the big storm, as the drifts during the "blizzard" were deep enough for some of those aforementioned boys to jump off of the second floor balcony into the snow below.
If memory serves correctly, this faux-fort-finish lasted for many many weeks beyond the blizzard until it finally melted away ...
