And, as someone who migrated to this locale from the NOT food truck friendly land of Chicago, I couldn't be happier.
How many food trucks are there? Enough that there can be COMPETING events just 12 minutes from each other on the SAME night. (I assume people first have to choose whether they want to be frenzied or invaded before they arrive and choose from amongst all the delicacies made in the trucks.)
Not listed here ... the once-every-month event that I just attended last week in downtown Ft. Lauderdale (note how I noted it's once every month, in case any of y'all want to come over for the next one in September) that was maxed out with 15 different choices (PLUS a funnel cake stand)!
I tell you ... other than the fact that I'm trying to lose some weight, *this* is a good problem to have down here. Chef just might get to retire early!
