Luckily, I'm renting a private home (at least for the next few weeks) and so I don't have to deal with any homeowners or condo associations AND luckily the puppies can do their business in the fenced front and back yards (with me cheering them on by calling out "good boy pooping" when they do), waiting for me to clean it up on *my* schedule (well, in the front yard ... in the back yard, it's more like "fertilizer" right now).
But for those who do have to deal with situations where dogs who are supposed to be curbed and aren't, there is now a regular service that will test the steaming piles of poo left behind and will match them with doggie DNA samples that have to be provided by those living in the policed area with pooches.
Finally, unsolved crimes are prioritized! The world will clearly be a better, safer place! Yay science! (Note: if you do not have the capability to detect sarcasm, then you missed my true intent.)
