Turns out it is work-friendly, in that it's a website for proselytizing, and the "he" referenced in the question is Jesus. However, let's face it ... it's not a naming convention that really should have made it past any advisory committee responsible for vetting such things, due to the ease with which it can be double entendred.
And that's all I have to say about that.
