100 Things I've Always Wanted To Say But Never Did And Now Maybe Should Since The World Might Be Ending -->
Thing 80:
File this under a desire to just go on the record about something ... but if the world really is ending in 80 days (and boy is time flying ... I can remember when I was typing 100 in that spot ... like ... just about 20 days ago ...) then I should say how grateful I am to Spang Crest, the nursing home in my hometown of Lebanon PA that is taking care of my bio Dad. Luckily, he was a veteran (World War II, fixing planes I believe), so they had an obligation to fill "x" number of beds to qualify for federal funding -- and one of them was available exactly when he got sick, but it's been a great place for him and they've taken great care of him, particularly now that he's declining in his hospice days. Spang Crest -- you are no Shady Pines, and you've done right by me and my family. It's a shame the world is (allegedly) ending, as I was planning to aspire to end my days in your fine facility, would I to have another 40-50 years to live! (Mayans ... maybe please reconsider your apocalyptic plans?)
