100 Things I've Always Wanted To Say But
Never Did And Now Maybe Should Since The World Might Be Ending -->
Thing 96:
File this under unsung heroes who deserve to be sung about ... but three cheers for Dolly L. Talk about someone who has always given tirelessly, particularly to her children, her children's children and even extra children in the neighborhood back when she ran a daycare out of her home. She's back in rehab (but it's not a relapse -- it's about getting her other knee replaced -- 2012 was the year of the knee surgeries for her!) and the report is that she's recovering quickly. After having given so much of herself to others, it's comforting to know that she's taking time to fix something for her own sense of comfort -- but the reality is that Dolly 2.0 is simply gearing up to be ready to run after her children's children's children (no pressure, Teddy, Jack and Robert). What an inspiration when it comes to sacrifice for loved ones -- Dolly: we sing your praises (and wish you the speediest of recoveries)!
