2.) Commentator comment that made me groan: the insistence by way of backstory telling on pitting Tuscaloosa tornado against PA floods on a backdrop of western wildfires and 9-11 coverage -- why can't this game just be an escape!
3.) Commentator comment that made me giggle: every time they mention Crimson Tide player Dont'a (just because now I know how his momma spelled his name, and I can only marvel at what it was she was contracting with that oddly placed apostrophe).
4.) Stat of the Day: 31680. That's the target number of feet that JoePa will walk in a day as he works his way back to a complete recovery. And to think, at just under half his age, I get upset when I have to walk to the "other" 7-11 a few blocks away when mine runs out of the paper.
5.) Final Thought: I know my central PA peeps. I'm more than certain that a good number of them will take home their "Beat Bama" signs and add the 'O' for the next election cycle.
