Here's what La Vie Collegienne (LVC's printed school paper -- do they still do that in today's world?) said about this part of the Wig and Buckle's "Through a Shattered Looking Glass: An Evening of the Supernatural":
The first short play to be presented is William Saroyan's "Hello Out There", which is guest directed by Richard Wilson [note: our school's choreographer, since passed on]. Best described as love under unusual circumstances, it is about a man in jail accused of raping a woman and the girl who falls in love with him.
In this 20 year old picture from fall 1991 -- the man, then sophomore Robert Gale, and the girl, freshwoman Stephanie Allen. Oh -- and also the rickety jail cell.
And we've just scratched the surface of this ongoing set of photos! (After all, it was a full evening of surprises ...)
