What Chicago is talking about this week ...
Well, maybe not all of Chicago, and maybe it's actually what True fans are talking about across the country ... but tonight brings us to what might just be the penultimate season of True Blood (Come on, Alan -- say it's not so! With so many books in the series and Harris still writing, I thought for sure that we'd get a dozen years of quality entertainment by way of allegor(e)y).
So whatever your plans are for the day (parade in the 'hood, beaching it up, watching golf on TV after the 2012 contenders are done answering every question with something about Obama instead of about themselves), just be sure you have your calendar cleared for one of the last True appointment television events -- Sunday nights with True Blood on HBO. How do I know it's so good? Because more often than not, I'll be watching the credits, grinning ear to ear, marvelling about how good it gets week after week.
