Hey Penn State -- let's follow in the footsteps of the teams that have upset VA Tech and GA Tech, and pull out an upset of our own, eh (would that we were playing TX Tech or LA Tech based on the early trends) Regardless, I will still wear my Penn State shirt out to the bars tonight for the second half of the game [Travis, you got yours on too?], and I will prepare a "it's just an honor to have played the #1 team to have our strength of schedule variable heightened" speech just in case we're not upset minded tonight.
On a side note, if their quarterback hasn't lost since eighth grade, aren't we just doing him a service by reminding him of the ups and downs of life if we give him a taste of a loss today? Won't that be a character building experience to help make his application to be a Rhodes Scholar stand out? I'm just saying ...
