I know that's a buzz phrase that might push buttons considering its unhappy past with the Nazis and the eugenics movement, but it is exactly what came to mind upon hearing about the malnourished twins found dead in an unventilated attic this weekend -- mistreated by their 21 year old mother. Obviously, they've only disclosed one side of the story, but really, how many other sides could there possibly be? This should be some fictional twist in a V.C. Andrews creepy Dollanganger book and never the lead on the news. Apparently, there are three older siblings also at risk. Please ... please ... please ... don't have any more kids!
