What Chicago is talking about this week:
It is customary at the local Jewel grocery store to dodge the TCF employees badgering you to open multiple bank accounts, to swipe your preferred card for the savings, and to decide whether you want to add the deal of the week to your stash. It is not customary to offer up your kidney to the cashier -- but this story of sacrifice for a stranger is inspiring others to redefine what it means to take care of your "neighbors". Kudos to you and your kidneys, Dan Coyne, the one you kept and the one you gave away!
