On the heels of THE CREEK, an independent horror film shot in the old neighborhoods of "my hometown" and presented at festivals across the country in 2008-2009 comes yet another feature film set in my old environs. LEBANON, PA will show at the 2010 South by Southwest Film Festival and stars CougarTown's friendly neighbor Josh Hopkins. Could little old Lebanon really become a new media mecca? Can we actually leave behind recent national news clips about gunslinging soccer moms and angry healthcare town hall meetings? Can we become known as a place where, like this movie's tagline says, "Life happens when you least expect it"?
