LasGrandPhoenix.
Used in a sentence: "Similar to how one waits until the second trimester to announce the impending arrival of a newborn ... I'm hesitant to announce the itinerary for impending travel until after the flights, hotels and rental cars are confirmed ... which is the long way to say that, three weeks out, the LasGrandPhoenix experience is ready to go!"
I love the concept of a subsidized vacation, and with the annual work conference in Vegas happening right after the annual "chasing the Super Bowl" weekend getaway, it's making it easy to plan a trip to Vegas (for the fifth time), to the Grand Canyon (the National Park this time, and not the western rim as before), to Phoenix for the game, and back to Vegas for the work meeting.
On tap for this year ... in Vegas -- the Bacon Bar, the High Roller giant ferris wheel, the Fremont Experience and a return trip to the Hoover Dam (before it runs dry in the next decade) ... and in Phoenix -- besides the local Kaplan center, the town's Hard Rock and catching the Super Bowl at a bar somewhere, the options are still open (if you know anything, pm me on the Facebook with the details).
Can't wait for LasGrandPhoenix!
