Random Wordplay for Wednesday 4/29/15

Freedom Day.

Used in a sentence:  "Whilst researching the statistics behind my post for this past Monday (which was about the 73rd day of work in a new year representing the total amount of time a worker will spend in email in a given year), I discovered that this is also the season to celebrate Freedom Day."

Or Tax Freedom Day, as it might be more specifically known.  And, of additional note, it varies by state (see chart in the link below), so some of you should have *already* had the token cupcake in the accompanying image and some of you won't get it for a few more days.

Regardless, feel free to enjoy the fact that you are now (or will soon be) working for yourself for the rest of the year.  (Well ... for your creditors ... or your kids ... or your puppies ... but you get the point ...)  Congrats on making enough to date to give to your government!
