Sadly, this is only a google image of the monstrosity and NOT a photo I took myself of something I was about to eat. But I am putting the folks who plan holiday meals on notice that it should be a dessert in my future.
And while we're at it, it has also come to my attention that turducken is now passe, having been replaced by gooducken (goose, duck and chicken), or, for you fancier foodie folk, quaducant (quail, duck and pheasant). All of this culinary creativity has me inspired to attempt my bacon stuffed with bacon wrapped in bacon dish about which I've been dreaming ... stay tuned!
