Truth be told, I would suspect that the advice in either case would be to run ... but it does seem like crocs and gators are finding ways to live together in the Glades. Whether a migration of sorts or the release of exotic pets in the wild (Burmese Python redux anyone?), should I find myself back in that swamp land for a third time (both tours I was on were relatively uneventful, with views of gators from the air boat in areas where they had probably been trapped to make sure paying customers walked away with a view of one or more of the wild creatures), I'll first have to make sure I've studied the difference between the big beasts.
