Bottom line ... new puppy Ozzie (Octavius Julius) can't yet have his snip and chip surgery because he's all John Kruk in the sac. Here's hoping it's "New Years Eve" in his privates sooner rather than later so the boys are more evenly "matched" in the testosterone department.
