Thing 30:

Using CLTV as a remedy for insomnia.

To be clear, that's not a knock on this 24 hour news channel for Chicagoland.  It's actually my default station to have on in the background, and I feel like I'm doing something right by supporting this intern-produced non-stop feed of news (with occasional half hour "shows" about the best places to eat in town, or how to live healthy by visiting establishments that advertise on the channel, or how to use a hammer [the latest addition]).  It's just that, most importantly, any time I wake up and can't go back to sleep, I just put on its endless loop (for the most part, it repeats the same half hour over and over again, swapping out something updated a few times a day), and it's like someone's telling me a bedtime story ... putting me back to sleep.

COUNTER:  I'm hoping that I'm too excited about the move to experience insomnia (unless, of course, over-excitement causes insomnia, and then I'm screwed) ... but, on the google, I've only turned up similar channels in Sarasota and Orlando, so I might be SOL in Southern Florida.
