What Chicago is talking about this week:
the headline reads "Oprah's present to herself: Springer spaniel pups". At first, I thought that Oprah rescued these pups from Jerry Springer's place (another Chicago-lebrity of sorts), but it turns out that she rescued them from PAWS, a local no-kill shelter. As I understand it, this family won't be in town too much longer, so enjoy Chicago while you can little puppies -- California will be quite different (unless she's really headed to DC to replace Biden or Hillary and this is all subterfuge. Hmmmm.).
